My spouse ordered shrimp lo mein. The noodles were being cooked just wonderful as well as seasoning was great. But there was 1 Odd detail. It tasted like they velveted the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked effectively, you need not velvet them. try to remember C is cooked O is overcooked. ? But I would take in there yet again contemplating it's difficult
